License Terms for Graphix Genie

These License Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the digital content, including PowerPoint templates, graphics, video templates, AI prompt generators, and stock music (collectively referred to as "Content") provided by Graphix Genie, a service of The Gold Pixel Studio. This license remains valid for the duration of your active subscription or, in the case of lifetime subscriptions, for the operational lifespan of Graphix Genie.

This license is personal to you and cannot be sublicensed or transferred.

Ownership and Copyright

All Content is owned by The Gold Pixel Studio under the Graphix Genie brand, unless otherwise stated.

This license does not transfer ownership of any Content to you. All intellectual property rights remain with us.

Some Content may be sourced from third parties and may be subject to additional terms.

Attribution

No attribution is required for use of the Content within permitted scope.

If you choose to provide attribution, it may be done as: "Template/Graphic by Graphix Genie (www.mygraphixgenie.com)"

Termination

This license will automatically terminate if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Content and delete or destroy all copies.

Certain provisions, including restrictions, ownership, disclaimers, and liability terms, will continue to apply after termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Content will meet your requirements or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Content in the past twelve months.
