Lifetime memberships refer to access for the operational lifespan of the Portal and may be subject to changes.

Subscriptions are non-cancellable after the 7-day refund period.
In case of service discontinuation, users will receive 90 days to download content before access is terminated.
A fair usage limit of 100 downloads per day applies.
Refund Policy
A strict 7-day refund policy applies to all new subscriptions.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days via email.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and may include platform fee deductions.
Access to the Portal is terminated once a refund is issued.
No refunds are provided after the 7-day period.
Content Usage Rights
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content.
Content can be used in commercial projects and modified as needed.
Resale, redistribution, or claiming ownership of Content is strictly prohibited.
All Content remains the property of The Gold Pixel Studio.
User Obligations
Users are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality.
Unauthorized access, misuse, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights belong to The Gold Pixel Studio.
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the Portal.
Users agree to indemnify the Company against any misuse or violations.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the amount paid or $100.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
Disputes may be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai.
