Refund Policy for Graphix Genie

At Graphix Genie, we strive to provide high-quality digital templates and services to our customers. We understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary, and we have established this policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our users.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a strict 7-day refund policy for all new subscriptions.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your refund request within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be considered, regardless of circumstances.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must email support@thegoldpixelstudio.com or contact the seller partner who facilitated your subscription purchase.

Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

Please include the following information in your refund request:

Your full name

The email address associated with your account

Order number or transaction ID

Reason for requesting a refund

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 2 business days.

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days of the initial request.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that nominal platform fees levied by the payment platform may be deducted from the refund amount. We will communicate details of any such deductions via email.

Once a refund is processed, your access to Graphix Genie will be immediately terminated.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Circumstances

Subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial 7-day refund period has elapsed.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the refund policy.

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

You have changed your mind about the subscription after the 7-day period

You have already extensively used the service or downloaded a significant number of templates

You are unsatisfied with the service but have not contacted our support team for assistance within the 7-day period

You have violated our Terms and Conditions

5. Lifetime Subscriptions

Lifetime subscriptions are subject to the same 7-day refund policy as other subscription types.

After the 7-day refund period, lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable.

In the event of service discontinuation, lifetime subscribers will be provided a 90-day period to download all available templates for future use, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

6. Fair Usage Policy

A fair use policy of 100 downloads per day is in effect for all subscriptions.

We reserve the right to cancel any account and subscription instantly if we notice unusual download patterns over extended periods or any activity that suggests automated or systematic downloading.

In cases where an account is cancelled due to violation of the fair usage policy, no refund will be provided.
